The reason behind this issue is:
  • Because of company file name changed, QuickBooks Can not read your Company file
  • QuickBooks installation is damaged.
  • Extension for Windows user is wrong type: .qbm, .qbb, .qbx
  • You are working on a file which is located in USB flash drive.
